Our Fosters
We are nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
We do not have the funds for an actual building to house our animals. We put all funds received directly toward our pets health and well-being.
All our animals are kept in foster homes. This allows for a healthier environment for our animals and a place where they will receive some "tender loving care". Fostering gives us a chance to get to know the pet.
FOSTER FAMILIES ARE NEEDED
I MAY WANT TO FOSTER A PET!
Please consider this carefully. This is a responsibility not to be taken lightly. To be considered, complete a foster application. You may find one on our home page and you may also come into Petco in Bellevue on Saturday's )Hwy 70 S, West Nashville) at 10:45 a.m. If the animal is not adopted, you are required to pick the animal up between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m. We will attempt to provide a crate and/or food as necessary. It is best to foster the animal until it is adopted to give the animal a chance to adjust and learn to trust again. You will also have first preference should you decide you want to adopt the animal. But no need to feel pressured, we value our foster families as foster families. It is only an option you have. If the animal you are fostering is adopted, you may opt to take another animal to foster until it becomes adopted. It is very important that while in the foster home, the foster parent watch the behavior of the animal to understand what kind of home will make the best fit.
